A Life committed to Mental Health Services

Therapeutic Philosophy
Relational Approach
Understanding that our relationships with ourselves and others carry footprints of patterns, needs, and dependencies from earlier experiences. Every therapeutic relationship is built on trust, empathy, and genuine human connection.
Existential Framework
Addressing the deeper questions of meaning, authenticity, and purpose that emerge in therapy. Helping clients explore not just symptoms, but the fundamental questions of how to live a meaningful life.
Non-judgmental Presence
Creating a safe space where clients can explore their deepest concerns without fear of judgment. This empathic presence, being heard, allows for genuine healing and personal growth.
Cultural Sensitivity
Drawing from grassroots experience in India, understanding that emotional distress is universal while respecting the diversity of expression through linguistic & social narratives. For the Indian diaspora, an integration of Asian cultural ethos with the tools to navigate the challenges of the individualistic West is pragmatic.
